Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Nature of Services
The Services are provided strictly for general wellness and informational purposes.
The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Services are not regulated medical services unless explicitly stated.
No Medical or Clinical Relationship
Use of the Services does not establish:
Doctor-patient relationship
Clinical supervision
The Company does not provide healthcare services.

The Device is a consumer-grade wearable.

User Responsibilities
